I think that would be a funny security measure Microsoft could put in Windows. If you try to delete something vital, Windows just says "Resistance is futile" and refuses to delete that file or folder

They already do something like that, actually, with software which AREN'T vital:
I do not use, nor want, One Drive, Microsoft Store, Microsoft Photos, and Outlook.
The last 2 periodically try to access the Internet even though I NEVER use them, nor allow them access.
The only thing I can do is kill them in my firewall settings ('Kill' the task as soon as it starts).

They cannot be removed or uninstalled in any way, either no option for removal, or removal attempt blocked.
One Drive could for a while be disabled, but M$ reverted that.

I also need to add each new version (added by Windows update) to the Kill list.
